Membership Covenant Form

As you prayerfully consider becoming an active member of The Living Room Church, please take your time to fill out and submit the form below. The Church Board will then process your application to assure that we are committed to a common heart and common purpose. We will be in touch with you once your application has been reviewed.

Also attached are our recently revised Church Constitution, Schedules and Governance Addendums and a printable version of this Membership Form. You are welcome to read through these documents before submitting this Membership Covenant Form. Thank you.

  • I am at least 18 years old, confess Christian faith, support the mission and Statement of Faith of The Living Room Church, and agree to be bound by its Constitution and Membership Covenant.

  • I have attended The Living Room Church for at least six months.

  • The information I have provided is true and complete.

  • I consent to The Living Room Church collecting and using information about my Christian faith and religious affiliation for assessing and administering this membership application.

  • If children are listed, I confirm that I am authorised to include the children for whom I am named as responsible adult. I understand that recognition by the Church does not transfer parental, guardianship or legal responsibility to the Church.

The Living Room Church collects the information on this form to assess and administer membership, communicate about membership, maintain required Church records and comply with its Constitution and applicable law. Religious-belief information is collected with your consent because it is relevant to membership eligibility. Information may be accessed by the Board, its authorised membership group and authorised administrators, and disclosed where required by law. If required information is not provided, the Church may be unable to determine the application or maintain the required membership record.
