We are pleased to announce that Graeme and Sharon Tonkin have become a valued part of our Eldership Team in our Torquay location.
After much prayer and seeking the heart of God regarding our leadership team expansion, Elfrida, Cazz and I felt strongly that Graeme and Sharon have been added to our Church family to come alongside us and lovingly lead us into our amazing future. Getting to know them has been such a joy and it became obvious that God had knitted our hearts together very early on and that we share a deep-hearted commitment to see The Living Room Church grow into all that God has for us.
Their role as Elders assures that the spiritual integrity, wisdom and direction of our Church is flowing from God's desire and that our ongoing journey will be covered in faith as we always seek to capture the flow of God's will. They both have so much to contribute and we look forward to experiencing the tremendous value and strength that they will continue to bring.
Please encourage them with your prayers and uplifting words of affirmation. We are very thankful for your love and prayer covering over our Leadership Team as we only want to do what the Father is doing and say what the Father is saying - just like Jesus taught us (John 5:19).
